• After reviewing the "Referred Applicant" you can choose to "Decline" or request an "Interview" with the applicant.
• Once an "Interview" or "Contact" request is made then you will be able to communicate directly with the applicant.
• After reviewing the "Refer Applicant" form you can click on the appropriate button to "Decline" or request a "Contact" or an "Interview" with the applicant.

How To Refer Applicants

• Sign up / Create a Recruiter account.
• Log into your Recruiter Account Center then click on the "Shared Job Center" link.
• Click on the "Shared Jobs" link to view a listing of shared positions.
• Choose a position that you want to refer/recommend people to
• Complete the "Refer Applicant" form
• SureJobs Network will send an instant email to the applicant allowing him or her to apply directly to the job. (There are no fees or charges to the applicant for; applying, interviewing or being hired for any position that you refer/recommend them to)
• You can track the progress and success of each referral from your account center. Plus you can always follow up with any applicant at any time to confirm their status and progress.
